Respected Shareholders, Valued Customers, and Dear Employees,

The global shipping industry we face today is undergoing a profound period of transition. The restructuring of global supply chains, increasingly stringent environmental regulations, and an unpredictable macroeconomic environment constantly demand our adaptability and change.

Amid these challenges, I would like to outline four key management principles that we will steadfastly pursue to elevate Korea Line Corporation into a world-leading shipping company.

First, we will establish a solid foundation of trust built on transparency and integrity.

We will completely open all aspects of our management processes to ensure transparency and firmly instill a culture of flawless ethical management that rigorously adheres to laws and principles.

While firmly consolidating our stable dedicated vessel (industrial carrier) business, we will proactively enter high-value-added markets and venture into new business areas that will power our future growth.
